Rockwall

A 1980s brick three-bedroom, two-bath. Nothing was wrong with it, and that's exactly what made it the right house to learn on. Every change had to be argued for, not excused by damage.

  • Walls removed to open the plan

  • Every wall painted

No water damage. No disaster. Just a house that could be better, and someone willing to do all of it.
